一、基本條件

（一）全日制碩(shuo)士研究生學(xue)歷(li)，能流利使(shi)用英語作(zuo)為工(gong)作(zuo)語言，年齡(ling)不超過40周(zhou)歲(sui)，具有正常(chang)履行職責的身體條件，有海外留學(xue)教育(yu)經歷(li)者優先(xian)。

二、招聘崗位
（一）海外企業(ye)財務總(zong)監/財務經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.參與制定短(duan)期及中長期的(de)公司(si)財務決策和戰略。
2.負責(ze)公司財(cai)務制(zhi)度的管(guan)(guan)(guan)理和制(zhi)定，包括會計(ji)核算(suan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理、稅務管(guan)(guan)(guan)理、資金管(guan)(guan)(guan)理和預(yu)算(suan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理。
3.根(gen)據(ju)公司戰略發(fa)展規劃制(zhi)定預算，并跟蹤其執(zhi)行情況。
4.參與(yu)公司(si)重大經營、投融資(zi)決策，優化(hua)資(zi)本結構和資(zi)本配置。
5.負責完(wan)成上(shang)級單位及(ji)領導交辦的其(qi)他工作。
任職(zhi)資格(ge)：
1.財會(hui)、金融等相(xiang)關專業全日制研究生學歷，特(te)別優(you)秀者(zhe)，可適當(dang)放(fang)寬。有注冊會(hui)計師、ACCA資格者(zhe)優(you)先。
2.具有大型企業或(huo)海(hai)外企業三(san)年(nian)以上(shang)同等管理崗位工作(zuo)經驗者優先，能流利使用英(ying)語作(zuo)為工作(zuo)語言。
3.熟(shu)悉國(guo)內(nei)外準則(ze)差異(yi)、國(guo)內(nei)外金融政(zheng)策、企業財(cai)務制(zhi)度及流程，精通相關(guan)財(cai)稅法律法規(gui)。

（二）海外企業(ye)業(ye)務經理，若干名
崗(gang)位職責：
1.從事海外(wai)天然橡膠貿易或生產管理(li)等工作。
2.負(fu)責(ze)海外公司(si)客戶管理、期(qi)現貨交易，或生產(chan)現場(chang)管理、產(chan)品(pin)品(pin)質(zhi)控制等(deng)具(ju)體管理工作。
3.按照所在部門相關(guan)業(ye)(ye)務流(liu)程(cheng)開展業(ye)(ye)務，并(bing)對業(ye)(ye)務流(liu)程(cheng)逐步優化(hua)、提升。
4.做好與國內總部相關部門的業(ye)務對(dui)接與溝(gou)通。
5.完成(cheng)企業領導交辦的其他工(gong)作(zuo)。
任職(zhi)資格：
1.經濟學、管理學、農(nong)學、工科等相關專業(ye)(ye)全日制(zhi)研究生(sheng)學歷，特別優秀者(zhe)，可適(shi)當放寬。具有中級職(zhi)稱或相關職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)資格者(zhe)優先。
2.具有兩年以(yi)上海外(wai)企業工(gong)(gong)作經歷，能流利(li)使(shi)用英語(yu)作為日常工(gong)(gong)作語(yu)言。
3.在大宗商品(pin)期現貨交易(yi)、生產(chan)制造與質量管理等(deng)某個模塊具(ju)有較強的專業(ye)素質和一定(ding)的實操能力。

（三）戰略投(tou)資經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.負(fu)責組織(zhi)收(shou)集、研究海外橡(xiang)膠產業發(fa)展態勢和政策(ce)，提供決(jue)策(ce)信息。
2.負責海外公(gong)司(si)(si)戰略管理(li)，組(zu)織編制海外公(gong)司(si)(si)發展戰略及年度經營目(mu)標和計劃(hua)并監(jian)督(du)實施。
3.負責做好海(hai)(hai)外公司(si)經營(ying)分析，監(jian)督和協調解決海(hai)(hai)外公司(si)經營(ying)過(guo)程中出(chu)現的(de)重(zhong)大經營(ying)問題。
4.做好國內(nei)總部(bu)(bu)相關部(bu)(bu)門(men)與國外子(zi)公司部(bu)(bu)門(men)的(de)業務(wu)對(dui)接(jie)與溝通。
5.完成企業(ye)領導交辦的其他工作。
任職(zhi)資格(ge)：

崗(gang)位職責：
1.負(fu)責組織開展海外企業(ye)橡膠種植、管養割等工作。
2.負責(ze)海(hai)外企業橡(xiang)膠生(sheng)產標準的制定，組織定期(qi)不定期(qi)生(sheng)產檢查，確保(bao)完成橡(xiang)膠生(sheng)產任務。
3.負責監督(du)和(he)協調解決海外公司橡(xiang)膠種植、生產環節(jie)中出現的重(zhong)大問(wen)題和(he)風險。
4.做(zuo)好國內總(zong)部相關部門與(yu)(yu)國外子公司部門的業務對接與(yu)(yu)溝通。
5.完(wan)成企業(ye)領導(dao)交辦的其他工(gong)作。
任職(zhi)資格：
1.農學等(deng)相關專業(ye)全日制研究生學歷，具有(you)相關資(zi)質證書者(zhe)優先(xian)，具有(you)中級(ji)職稱或相關職業(ye)資(zi)格者(zhe)優先(xian),特別優秀者(zhe)，可適當放寬。

1、 Basic conditions

2、 Recruitment positions
（1） Several CFOs/financial managers of overseas enterprises
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in formulating short-term and medium to long-term financial decisions and strategies for the company.
2. Responsible for the management and formulation of the company's financial system, including accounting management, tax management, fund management, and budget management.
3. Develop a budget based on the company's strategic development plan and track its implementation.
4. Participate in major business and investment and financing decisions of the company, optimize capital structure and allocation.
5. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior units and leaders.
Qualification:
1. A full-time graduate degree in finance, accounting, and other related majors, especially for outstanding individuals, may be appropriately relaxed. Certified Public Accountant or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
2. Those who have more than three years of experience in the same management position in large enterprises or overseas enterprises are preferred, and can use English fluently as the Working language.
3. Familiar with differences in domestic and foreign standards, domestic and foreign financial policies, corporate financial systems and processes, and proficient in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations.
4. Strong ability in financial analysis, risk control, and fund management.

（2） Several overseas business managers
Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in overseas natural rubber trade or production management work.
2. Responsible for specific management work such as customer management, spot trading, production site management, and product quality control for overseas companies.
3. Conduct business according to the relevant business processes of the department, and gradually optimize and improve the business processes.
4. Conduct business coordination and communication with relevant departments at the domestic headquarters.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by enterprise leaders.
Qualification:
1. A full-time graduate degree in economics, management, agriculture, engineering, and other related majors, especially for outstanding individuals, may be appropriately relaxed. Those with intermediate professional titles or related professional qualifications are preferred.
